The Das Island jetty upgrade project supports ADNOC Gas’s continuous focus on efficiency, product export growth and sustainability.
Our Das Island jetty is the artery through which we export LNG to customers around the world. The capacity and availability of the jetty are also crucial to the smooth running of our processing, liquefaction and other operations upstream in our value chain.
A project to upgrade the jetty’s facilities that provides both business and environmental benefits will be undertaken in 2023. We are investing to increase the capacity of the jetty’s dedicated berths to accommodate the most modern and larger LNG tankers.
As well as providing greater export capacity, this will allow LNG to be transported in larger volume shipments reducing unit fuel costs and associated environmental emissions.
