The partnership combines Gecko’s robotic inspection technologies and Cantilever AI platform with AIQ’s expertise in deploying advanced AI across the ADNOC ecosystem. Together, these technologies transform how industrial assets are inspected, analyzed and maintained.
The integrated platform brings robotic inspection data, operational systems, process data and analytics into a single intelligence environment. Engineers can visualize asset health, query performance using natural-language AI and act on predictive insights in real time.
The Inspection AI programme is expected to generate more than $300 million in maintenance and inspection cost savings over five years. It will support predictive maintenance, reduce unplanned outages and shutdown durations, extend asset life, strengthen safety and improve operational efficiency.
ADNOC Gas was Gecko Robotics’ first UAE client, deploying its robots in 2023. Under the three-year agreement, Gecko will lead AI integration and predictive analytics, while AIQ will support deployment across the wider ADNOC ecosystem.
By embedding intelligence into inspection and maintenance workflows, ADNOC Gas is future-proofing its operations and advancing asset reliability, safety and operational excellence.
